- All sachet and next day delivery orders are shipped VIA Royal Mail.
- All tub and shaker orders that are not next day delivery, they will be shipped VIA MyHermes.
- All standard shipping orders are shipped the day after purchase. If a purchase with next working day delivery arrives before 4 PM, it will be packed and shipped the same day, this applies if the order was placed between Monday - Saturday.
- Service used for next day shipping: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm.
- The next working day shipping service does not deliver on Sundays.
- Shipping times for Northern Ireland orders may not be accurate, please allow +2 days to standard shipping orders.

- All Ireland orders are shipped the day after purchase.
- Some couriers do not function on Sundays. If an order is placed on Saturday before 4 PM, it has a chance of being shipped the same day, if an order is placed after 4 PM, it will be shipped the next working day.
